BRANDING | GRAPHIC DESIGN | WEB DESIGN
Hui Aloha Kiholo is a non-profit organization that was created to sustainably manage the environmental and cultural resources of a bay named Kiholo on the island of Hawai‘i. I used geographical and cultural elements to create the brand identity for the organization. Hui Aloha Kiholo’s logo is a combination of the literal meaning of the word “Kiholo,” meaning ‘wooden fish hook,’ and the shape of the bay which was created by lava flows on each of its sides forming its very distinguishable shape.
As soon as the branding was completed and approved, I needed to give the non-profit some web presence. I created its first website that has since been changed.
